Just steps from the Beltline and Atlanta Zoo, the home sits within walking distance of tree-lined streets, cafés, and the park itself, where generations of Atlantans have gathered to connect, rest, and create.
Inside, you’ll find a space that blends classic Atlanta charm with thoughtful modern touches. Every room is designed to feel warm, intentional, and restorative and a place where you can truly exhale after a long day. The backyard offers a peaceful retreat for morning tea, quiet reflection, or gathering with loved ones.
We’ve created this home with care because we believe the spaces we live in shape the lives we lead. Our hope is that it provides not just shelter, but a grounding space where you can imagine, dream, and belong in community.
About This Lister
We’re a couple rooted in Atlanta who believe in building community wherever we are. This house is close to our hearts, and we’ve cared for it with intention so it can be a welcoming space for others.
Our work and lives are grounded in values of creativity and connection. We’re looking for people who share a similar spirit of care, people who will treat the home with love, be thoughtful neighbors, and enjoy all that this vibrant Grant Park community has to offer.

We love this home and the community it is a part of, and we’re looking for tenants who will treat both with the same care. To that end:
Rental Agreement: A signed lease will be required.
Respect for Community: This home is part of a close-knit neighborhood. We ask for mindfulness around noise, parking, and general consideration of our neighbors.
Care for the Home: Please treat the house, yard, and furnishings with respect. Any damages or issues should be communicated promptly so they can be addressed.
Cleanliness: We expect tenants to maintain a clean and orderly living space, both inside and outside.
No Smoking / Parties: To keep the space healthy and respectful for everyone, smoking and large parties are not permitted.
We’re seeking someone who values not just a place to live, but also what it means to be part of a community — someone who will enjoy and care for the home as much as we have.
