I am the tenant and have lived in the same building for 20 years. I am the point person for any necessary issues/fixes and am completely responsible for everything apartment related. I will be showing the apartment exclusively. I will be at my country house during the sublet.

I have lived in the building for 20 years and it is a co-op- very few rental units mostly shareholders. Credit check is a must. first month's rent, plus 1 month security deposit and additional deposit for being furnished, etc. 3 References required. Approval from landlord. No pets.Thank you.
