Seeking one person to transfer my lease in this 3 bed, 1 bath for August 1 2025 through July 31 2026 (the full year--I signed the renewal but very sadly have to move for family matters).
It's a second floor apartment in a 3-story building, accessible by stairs only. The common space and kitchen is furnished, but the roommates are definitely open to adjustments if you're moving with furniture or decor. Room will be unfurnished.
It features:

- split A/C units in each room
- plenty of storage in the full kitchen
- utility closet with extra storage
- 2 very cool, clean roommates
- built-in shelves in the living room
- huge windows, the north-facing room has natural light and the south-facing living room window gets full sun
- privacy--the room overlooks a courtyard-like private driveway with some greenery
- tall and deep closet
- hardwood floors in the living room and bedrooms
- bathroom with tub, great water pressure
The building run by a management company with an on-site super who's very helpful and quick to respond to any ticket opened in the portal.
It's a chill vibe around the house, nobody brings the party home, but there's occasionally some music playing and generally folks keep to themselves. Occasional cooking, and extremely rare that there's more than one person in the kitchen at once. If someone is hosting (very occasional), there's a general heads-up. Super communicative.
Rent is $1,572.66 per month. We negotiated 1 week free for August 2025. There's an optional additional $50 per month amenity fee (roof, additional paid laundry, game room, library, courtyard, bike storage, gym--parking possibly available for an additional fee). Wifi $33 per person, electricity was $63.19 per person in June but varies by usage. Insurance is required and is $9 per person.
Your roommates are A and P, BIPOC/queer, clean and tidy, 20s-30s. They'd prefer that you are too. They're extremely respectful of common space and privacy, and they've lived here for almost 2 years and over 4 years respectively. One roommate works fully from home, the other works hybrid. One has a partner who stays over 1-2x per week. They prefer that you work fully outside the apartment (if you choose to opt-in to the building amenities, the library, game room, and roof are awesome resources to work remotely!)
I'm E, late 20s F. I have loved living here--great apartment, great roommates, great location. I just moved in in April and I'd stay if I could, but I have to move for family matters.
Signed lease agreement. Income 40x the rent of the room. Credit score, bank statement, tax returns, two forms of ID.
I have a cat who will be moving with me. There may be a pet fee for additional pets.
