I'm searching for someone to fill the room I've been in for the last year. You'd be living with 3 wonderful roommates in an over 100 year old house (that's surprisingly not haunted). You're close to AFI and Lazy Acres for reference!

I'm looking for someone chill, clean, and who loves cats. There are two cats; Mr. Pepsi who rules the upstairs and Princess who rules downstairs. They are both very sweet and curious, especially Mr. Pepsi.

This is room is upstairs on the corner so its gets tons of light all day. There's roof access as well, which makes it your own little sanctuary. The room is about 13x12 give or take so there's room for a queen or king bed and some furniture. There's an outdoor area in the front, a big kitchen, and a washer dryer in unit.

I'm an artist and filmmaker who is finally moving to a spot of my own!! I'm very excited but will miss the light and tranquility of this space.

My roommates are great and very friendly. Most of them work nights/afternoons, I had a morning schedule and rarely saw them but whenever I did it was always nice to chat. We would also occasionally watch Traitors/Vanderpump/etc on the couch. They're all artists and they all have their own online shops, so there's always something creative going on and lots of collectibles around.
