Join us at Parkside Studios!

Parkside Studios #3 is located on the second floor of a small building, and is divided into four work spaces. The available semi-private studio is located in the middle of these spaces and is 12' x 27'. There are no windows but the space does have a closet for additional storage.

There is a shared restroom with a sink and toilet. The other studios are currently occupied by two writers and an illustrator.

The building is located in Flatbush / Prospect Lefferts Gardens, directly across from the Parkside Avenue Q Station and Prospect Park (on Parkside Avenue). There is a short straight stairway that goes from the street to our space on the second floor.

The studio space available is ideal for all types of art production except for the use of toxic materials and heavy wood cutting or fabrication.

Parkside Studios is a community of sorts, as there are more studios in the adjoining buildings (Parkside Studios #1 and #2) that includes three painters, two fashion designers, two photographers and a writer. Everyone lives in the neighborhood.
