Subletting our architecturally-designed spacious, sunny, top floor 1-bedroom apartment in Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn while we escape to the southern hemisphere. The building is off the A/C and the J/Z lines - so you'll be well connected to many neighborhoods of the city, either by train or by foot.

The unit is a 4th floor walk-up, so you'll stay fit! It's a through-floor with both north and south overlooks (to public park/playground and shared backyard, respectively), and is set up with a large dining space, cosy living room, quiet bedroom, and expansive kitchen. The living room has a large (standing) desk by the window, which is a perfect spot to work from.

The neighborhood boasts all types of excellent spots for entertainment, food, coffee etc - would be glad to make recommendations. You are also close to Bushwick and Crown Heights, both great neighborhoods to explore.
