Located in the heart of Greenpoint just a block away from Transmitter Park and lots of lovely bars, restaurants and cafes. The closest train is the Greenpoint Ave G and the ferry is just a 10 minute walk.

The apartment is a true 1BR with a fully stocked kitchen and seperate dining / living room. It gets great light, especially in the mornings and is a lovely tranquil place to come home to.
Looking for someone who will appreciate and take care of it while I’m away!
