Our apartment in Greenpoint is available for sublet. One bedroom, one bathroom. It accomodates 4 guests max, but is ideal for a single person coming for work or a couple. There is a king size bed, a sleeping sofa and a mattress. Apartment includes washer and dryer and rooftop. All utilities and cleaning are included with sublet. $3500 a month. Small dogs are welcome. Great area in Greenpoint surrounded by best bars, restaurants and coffee shops. G train Greenpoint stop is a couple of short blocks away.
