Ground floor apartment in great location. Steps from the Nassau stop on G train. I go upstate a week or two every month and dates can be very flexible. The space has a bedroom with couch, a studio space with a work table and a backyard and shed. No roommates and you share the backyard with the nice young couple upstairs. The shed in the back is good for working too. Looking for reliable artists to come in on a weekly basis throughout the year.
