Looking for someone (max one person) to rent my lovely Greenpoint 1 bedroom apartment while I am away this December and part of January.
MINIMUM STAY IS ONE MONTH, this is a building requirement. Please do not message me for anything shorter.
3k per month, all utilities and wifi included.
I am flexible on the start and end dates, but ideal timeline would be around Dec 7-Jan 18.
This is the best apartment on the best street in the best area, truly :)
