Hello!

I'm looking for a responsible, considerate and clean person to stay in my place while I'm away from for the holidays. Ideally, I'm looking for someone to stay for the whole duration for the dates listed.

My place is a beautiful 1 bedroom floor-through classic railroad apartment located on the top floor of a 3 unit townhouse in Greenpoint. 1.5 blocks from McCarren Park.

You can't beat this location. It's close enough to everything you need- restaurants, bars, grocery stores, coffeeshops and the McCarren Farmer's Market but is also a very quiet neighborhood with good quiet neighbors. Williamsburg is a very short walk through the park.

2 short blocks to G train, 10 min walk to L train through McCarren Park.

This is my home and I've lovingly designed it to be an oasis of calm in New York City. The apt gets amazing light and is well cared for. Clean white walls, hardwood floors, original artwork, and comfortable furniture make it a great place to chill if you want to relax. If you need to work, there is a separate office space with a sitting/standing desk, a very comfy Herman Miller chair, an external monitor and a keyboard for playing piano. There is another work space as well with one long desk.

The full kitchen has everything you need to feel at home including a Breville espresso machine, All-Clad cookware, Nutri-bullet and juicer (though, with lots of good restaurants nearby you might also be eating out a lot!).

This is for someone who needs a good home for a longer stay. Not for anyone who is looking to party and needs a crash pad. I ask that you be meticulous and take care of like it's your home.
And if you have a green thumb and love plants, that is a def bonus! I have some plants who would need some watering. :)
