I'm subletting my private room in a large Greenpoint loft from June 8th, 2029 - July 19, 2025 located right by McGolrick park.

The $2,600 is an all-in rate for the 6-week period, and includes all utilities and internet.

The Space:

* Furnished Room: Perfect for someone looking for visiting NYC for the summer, or in town for the World Soccer Championship, or as a temp landing spot while searching for a permanent space in New York. The room has plenty of built-in storage and a window showcasing Brooklyn and Manhattan views. Room will come with bed, mattress, desk and television.
* Loft Vibes: Very airy with 12ft ceilings and exposed brick
* Central A/C
* The shared loft is 1,500 sq. ft. with a full kitchen, the bedroom is about 100 sq. ft.

The Roommates:
You'll share the space with a couple, both in their 30s: a tech professional, and a server -- He works hybrid and goes into the office 2-3 times week, she works evenings and weekends. They are both quite tidy but not total neat freaks, and enjoy a night in cooking and spinning records. They're both also quite social and have always got a long well with roommates.

The Neighborhood:
This Greenpoint gem is ideally located:

* Steps from McGolrick Park (farmers market every Sunday)
* A short stroll to McCarren Park
* Easy access to the Nassau G train, with the Bedford L just a 20-minute walk (or 7-minute Citi Bike ride) away.

The Deal:
