My boyfriend Doug and I are spending the first part of October in California and are looking to sublet our studio apartment in the heart of Greenpoint.

We are short 5 minute walk to the East River (picture from our morning walk attached!) , G train, and the ferry! A Citi Bike dock and two bus stops are less than a block away.

The space has a full kitchen, modern bathroom with a shower, queen bed, couch, desk, ample closet space, and Wi-Fi.
Kitchen is fully equipped with appliances & bar seating.

This is the perfect place for a single person or couple looking to spend August in one of Brooklyn's most exciting neighborhoods.
