- Top floor of a townhouse on a tree-lined street. It's a very quiet residential block — genuinely peaceful, and you'll get a good night's sleep!
- Nearby cafes & restaurants: Sweetleaf Coffee and Bakeri are on the same block; walk to Radio Bakery, Jubilee Market ($2.50 sliders!), Peter Pan Donuts (featured in Spider-Man), Paulie Gee's Slice Shop, and Taqueria Ramirez.
- Transmitter Park (10 minutes) offers stunning Manhattan skyline views, while McCarren Park (20 minutes) has a Saturday farmer's market and running tracks.
Transportation:
- G train: 5-minute walk
- B32 bus stop on the block, B62 and B43 buses around the corner (direct to Williamsburg and LIC, connect to L, 7, E, F, M, J trains)
- East River Ferry: 8-minute walk (service to 34th St, Williamsburg, Dumbo, Wall St/FiDi)
