We’re two siblings, one of us is in accounting, the other is an artist who’ve lovingly lived in and nurtured this space for almost four years. It’s been a true home, one that blends Brooklyn charm with thoughtful, modern updates. We’re looking to sublet our apartment while we travel this summer, and we’d love for someone to enjoy it as much as we do.
We’ve hosted countless friends and everyone walks away calling this place a gem! It’s cozy, sunny, airy, private, and right by McGolrick Park, one of the most beloved green spaces in the area. If you’re looking for a peaceful summer in Brooklyn, with the option to explore and be social when you like, this place is for you.
