If you’re new to New York, this is perhaps as central to downtown Manhattan as you can get, surrounded by lively restaurants, bars, history, subway stations (A,C,E,B,D,F,M at W 4th St, R,W,6 nearby), and the famous Washington Square Park. Apartment will come fully furnished along with a computer monitor for work, a fan, A/C unit, etc. Looking for someone respectful to live in the space for the month, but they can also stay past the end of the month! Duration is flexible, just has to start on December 1.
