Please tell me how long you would like the studio for. Priority will be given to individuals interested in taking over the lease. If you are interested in taking over the lease, research the responsibilities of a commercial lease and ensure you can meet the requirements. It's different than getting a lease on an apartment. Do you have good credit?
Finally, tell me two or three dates and times it would work for you to come to the Bronx to view the space. Time wasters will not be tolerated.
