Ground floor studio available for rent in Williamsburg. The overall space is 2000 sq ft that has been divided into 5 studios. I currently have one 340 - 350 sq ft studio available. High speed internet and electricity is included. $1,250 per month. Short or long term.

The studio building is across the street from the G/L (Metropolitan Ave / Lorimer) entrance on Powers St. 10 min walk to the J/M train. The studio is also near coffee shops, restaurants, and is only a 10 min walk to Artist and Craftsman Art Supply.

We are looking for a respectful and professional artist. The studio is great for painters, designers, photographers or media artists. The other tenants are respectful, quiet and we prefer to keep noise to a minimum. Short term rentals will be considered.

This is not a live / work space. Studio shares will be considered with a limit of 2 artists.
