ABOUT ME
I am a writer/director/artist who enjoys travel and dance. November 1st I am beginning rehearsals for a play that will take place in Harlem in December and will keep me busy! I run a local non-profit and work from home so i try to remain focused during much of the day.
I am looking to rent my guest room on a temporary basis to save money for upcoming trips in 2026.
I have been living in the Dunbar Garden Apartments for 17 years now. I am happy here because the space is quite large and I love being in Manhattan versus an outer borough.
CAT
I am a cat lover and believe that the cat is the spirit of the home. My senior tabby Karl-Erik welcomed many guests over the years, but he recently passed. He sent two kittens to protect me and the home. Brother and sister who do everything together, are sweet natured, shy around guests and love cardboard boxes.
CRITERIA
-Cat lover who is compassionate towards animals.
-Only available to one person
-No smoking, including outside the apartment as the cigarette scent tracks into the space.
-No guests / events.
-No pets.
