Do you know those times when you are in situation and need help to make a decision, find clarity or just be listened to?

I offer common sense guidance with warmth, connection and humor.

My skill is to listen, reflect back your wisdom and together name clear next steps to take.

My aim is to help you build confidence and trust in your intuition.

The sessions happen in one hour phone calls.

WHO AM I?

I'm a 5’11” straight-talkin, blues-lovin practitioner from New Jersey with a wide brimmed Irish hat who lives in LA. Previous hats have included: mail carrier, meditation teacher, anthropologist, sound therapist (apprenticed with a Nepalese master healer), and business owner of a transformational training. I’m a lifetime lover of books and author of two. Current hats also include declutterer, pet-care and death doula.

Background and Expertise

For twenty-five years, I have been dedicated to transformational work, dharma (wisdom) study and to natural health practices as my profession. I am a down-to-earth, big-hearted Type Eight (enneagram). I have traveled to 45 countries, with the focus primarily being service initiatives and can work with a wide range of people and situations. Old soul, black sheep, empath and out-of-the box person can all be used to describe me. If you are one of those I just might catch your drift.
