This fully furnished spot is just steps from the sand and perfect if you like slow mornings with coffee and an ocean view. It’s a 2 bed / 1 bath with a loft, high ceilings, lots of light, and everything you need already here.

There’s a big rooftop deck overlooking the canal, plus a balcony where you can see the ocean. Even though you’re right by the beach, it’s surprisingly calm at night.

Great spot if you run, walk, or just like being outside — the marina and beach path is right outside.

Timing is flexible. Ideally looking for someone who wants a longer-term sublet, but open to the right fit.
