The space has a dedicated, fenced-in backyard, great for dogs. The private deck is perfect for sipping an evening cocktail or morning coffee, and has an outdoor table and swing. Enjoy the view of the 80 year-old Virginia pine tree through the giant arched window.

If you are looking for the peace of the countryside, but want to be near urban amenities, Woodbine is perfect! Woodbine is a peaceful residential neighborhood home to new creatives and long-term residents. It is central by car to more bustling neighborhoods and tourist attractions. The house is right down the road from the Wedgewood-Houston art district, Soho House, the soccer stadium, the zoo, and Radnor Lake Park. A pharmacy, small grocery, and local bar are all within walking distance. However, most people will prefer to drive to businesses because sidewalks on the main road are spotty. The bus stop is a convenient 5 minute walk and gets you downtown in 20 minutes. The area is great for a walk or jog. Woodbine is known for its affordable, international, family-oriented restaurants, including Korean, Kurdish, Ethiopian, Mexican, and Turkish food. It is a dream for food lovers.

The space is an addition to my 1937 craftsman bungalow. They share one section of the back wall which is soundproofed. It is rare to hear any noise between the spaces-- my goal is for you to feel completely private. This home has 1 step to a deck and multiple steps to a loft. The kitchen has a burner and convection oven instead of a traditional range. It is stocked with essential cooking supplies.
