Hello Listings Project,
I am looking for someone who can help my client and her husband with some home improvement projects around their apartment. An ideal candidate will be comfortable with repair work like fixing a shelf in a credenza, “handy” work like hanging frames, installing hooks, adjusting a wall mounted mirror, etc. , and will also have an artistic eye and be able to communicate their own ideas about what will best suit their space! It is also preferred that you have your own tools, but not necessary. Experience/ tools for drilling into concrete walls is also a MASSIVE plus!
Must be
-Capable/ confident to use tools/ drill into walls
-Creative, solution oriented, visual
-Responsible, communicative, punctual
Nice if you can
-bring your own tools
-have creative input into projects
-work a couple of days in a row to knock out multiple projects
You will mainly be corresponding with me to arrange dates that you can come and knock out multiple projects each day. We estimate having around three to four days of work. Please reach out if this sounds like you.

They are passionate about making a home in their NYC apartment and are continuously trying to make their apartment feel more like themselves! Your role will be as a freelancer helping them to realize and accomplish the vision for the apartment. You will mainly be in contact with myself, I will help to orient you to the projects, the clients, and the space!
