I am looking to sublet my two bedroom apartment for a year (or longer). The apartment is located in Sugar Hill, Harlem with a 5-6 minute walk to the 145th street train stop where you can find the A, B, C, and D trains.

The apartment would be available for a July 1 start date. The apartment would come furnished (many pieces newly bought less than a year and a half ago). Most furniture pieces will stay during the sublet such as the large couch, beds, and dinning table!

The apartment includes:

-One bedroom large enough to fit a queen and a second bedroom that comfortably fits an office and single bed.

-Living room with two windows.

-Dinning room + kitchen with two windows.

-In unit Washer / Dryer

-Dishwasher
