The space is a 500 sf, spacious one bedroom/studio with beautiful morning light and super high ceilings that makes it feel loft like. Fully equipped kitchen, all in one washer dryer combo, loads of storage space, and fast wifi if you plan to work from home. The unit is the bottom half of a duplex with its own private front yard and entrance. I live in the unit upstairs.

The front yard is perfect for enjoying some sun rays while sipping on your morning coffee, or doing some yoga while listening to the surrounding birdsong!
