The apartment is in a large gated complex - a 2 story garden apt -1 bathroom- w/ a terrace in the front.

Upstairs is a large bedroom - I've got a queen size bed and a small yoga area set up. The second bedroom- also upstairs is set up as a home office (with an automatic standing desk) - I've got a queen size air mattress for the occasional house guest. The bathroom is also upstairs.

Downstairs is the kitchen/dining/living room w/ a large window which opens up to my front terrace and a shared courtyard.

It’s got central air - and a bonus of ceiling fans in both upstairs rooms and the living room. I’m not a fan of air conditioning so that’s a big plus for me.

I'm within walking distance of four major museums, both Whole Foods and Trader Joe's - across from the LA Farmers Market and the Grove.

It's a great comfortable apartment and neighborhood. a situation has come up and I have to take work out of state for a couple of months

I work in the art dept of the film industry. Work has been crazy and I need to go to NY for a job. I'll be working there for a couple of months and would like someone for the entire period or close to it.
This is my apartment - it's simple and clean. I like to cook so have most kitchen amenities.
