A serene, light filled and thoughtfully designed one bedroom/studio with super high ceilings that makes it feel loft like. Fully equipped kitchen, AC, laundry, loads of storage space, lots of extra linens and organic cotton towels, and fast wifi if you plan to work from home. The unit is the bottom half of a duplex with its own private front yard oasis and entrance. I live in the unit upstairs.

The house is tucked away on a quiet street in a super walking friendly neighborhood. Only a short stroll to Sunset Junction, Silverlake Erewhon, Intelligentsia, Tartine, Cafe Stella and Black Cat.

A little bit about me - I work in the fashion industry, but my passion really lies in health and wellness, learning and reading all the mindfullness based practice books (but I also love a good fiction!), home design and architecture, nature walks, early nights, and I always look forward to my morning matcha :).
I have been really lucky to have amazing tenants in the past that have made this duplex feel like a sweet community, where we all look out for each other, bring in packages if the other is away etc.
