Large Bedroom with a full size bed, closet, standing desk, storage, and sitting area. Shared full size bathroom with storage (only 1 other person). Washer & Dryer in apartment. Bike storage in basement. Very sunny south facing exposure (perfect for plant lovers).

Right outside your door, you'll find eclectic shopping, top dining options, and great bars. The parks close by feature tennis courts, skateboard park, volleyball, BBQ and dog park. There is a Citi Bike share dock across the street from the apartment.

MUST BE a clean person and upkeep cleanliness in the room, bathroom, and common areas.
No animals, sadly.

I travel for work so I’m hardly home. The other roommate is a full-time grad student so also not home a lot.

Rent is $2,150 a month and includes high-speed internet and all utilities (gas, electric, water). A (mandatory) monthly cleaning service will be charged. NO Broker Fee!
