ENVIRONMENT
Hello!
I’m looking for 2 other housemates (all genders welcome) to share this lovely apartment with. I enjoy living with housemates and am looking for others who also enjoy being part of a fun warm social environment where we are curious about one another’s interests and appreciate each others’ company. If interests overlap, we can also have housemate movie/boardgames/Broadway/ etc nights as schedules allow. That said, I understand the need to wind down and respect people's recharge times.

We also have an AMAZING garden (after a few renovations). It’s the perfect spot for relaxing, working from home, and entertaining guests. I’m definitely NOT looking to recreate the chaos of a frat house haha

As for cleanliness, I want to keep the apartment feeling welcome for everyone so we’ll rotate light cleaning duties of the common areas with a little help from Geralt, my roomba.

As you’ve noticed in the video, the apartment currently lacks furniture. I’ll be furnishing and decorating the place. This can be a collab project, if others are interested.

-I'm pretty social but need 1.5 days / week to recharge
-I own a small business and am part of an environmental non-profit. Used to do engineering.
-I spend my free time in fitness and singing (I’m low key studying to be a singer song writer. Fingers crossed!)
-For fun, I enjoy board games, the game Rimworld, and binging trashy vampire novels. Currently addicted to K-pop demon hunters
-The group activities I love to do are hiking, most fitness classes, short form improv classes, exploring the occasional Broadway / cocktail bar (karaoke bars maybe after 1 more year haha )
-I wfh. Sleep schedule: 8pm - 5am weekdays (I don’t bang dishes early in the mornings)
-I travel every few months to go hiking and visit friends. Next big one is 2 months in China to learn Mandarin.
