I am seeking a studio/1BR apartment for sublet, ideally located in Williamsburg, Greenpoint, Long Island City, Ridgewood, or anywhere north of Prospect Park. My maximum budget is $3,000 per month. I am looking for a start date in late December or early January, with a lease term of at least three months and up to one year.
