We are subletting our 3 bedroom house in northeast LA for six weeks. We are hoping to rent our house for the bulk of our time away, I put weekly amount to add flexibility, but the rent for a month would be $3500. House is located in a beautiful neighborhood full of hills, and plants. Our street is very quiet. One bedroom is currently used as an office but we can also leave it as a third bedroom. Two bedrooms have queen beds, one bathroom with tub and shower. The main floor has hardwood floors in the large living and dining room. The office up a short flight of five stairs has wood floors and the two bedrooms have recently replaced wool carpet. The house includes central A/C and heat. There is a deck with plants and space to eat and a beautiful front garden. Kitchen has been impeccably setup by a virgo landlady, who lives in a downstairs unit of the split level home. At night you can hear the coyotes in the hills and the owls in the trees, a solid place for an LA retreat. Includes utilities and internet. Washer and dryer on site, down one flight of stairs. Includes one parking space in driveway and street parking with no parking restrictions.
