Originally built in the 1920's as a prop house for Charlie Chaplin studios, this was also used as a dance studio in the 90’s. Lots of large windows to let in gorgeous light throughout the day. It is airy, chic and decorated with genuine mid century modern furniture, vintage artwork and plants. This home is magic and has a special energy. Looking for someone with the same.

Living room comes with a huge comfy couch view into the garden, a bathroom with a deep cement bath tub to soak in, vintage kitchen, back porch with BBQ and herb garden. Enormous backyard with outdoor fireplace. Parking on site.
