This space is one of four in a shared unit. The space is private with own entrance door/ key and walls are build up 3/4th for privacy. Very high ceilings and massive windows with view over Manhattan. The unit is currently occupied by designers and artists. This space comes completely unfurnished as a clean canvas. Restrooms with slab sinks for painters are located in the hallway on the same floor.

The space is on the top floor of a 5 story huge warehouse building. We have standard elevator and also freight elevator for heavy / large equipment. 24/7 open and always a super at the front desk, and street front entrance only open with a key fob. Loading dock at the ground level is possible, and UPS/fedex/ DHL are present in the building daily.

Located on Park Avenue / Nostrand Avenue, Brooklyn 11205.
