Welcome to your oasis in the middle of the city - our airy, oversized (1800 sf!) loft is available from Dec 11-22. When NYC is at its merriest! With 11 foot ceilings and massive windows on three exposures, beautiful light streams into the space all day long, it's really beautiful.

Loft layout with two bedrooms with king memory foam beds, a super nice, well-appointed kitchen (Viking stove, sub-zero fridge, dishwasher,) and one bathrooms (including an oversized soaking tub). There's also a separate 60 sq foot office nook if you're doing WFH.

Located in the heart of Noho around the corner from the Public Theater, it's a small quiet building in walking distance to Soho, West and East Village, LES, Union Square, etc. And you're steps from the Bleecker-Lafayette and 8th St subway stations connecting you to the rest of the city. It’s an incredible location. You’ll love it!

Central AC, heat, hardwood floors throughout, radiant bathroom floor heat, washer and dryer, chef kitchen, all of the natural light, keyed elevator building, in-unit laundry, sonos speakers, mellow small building with quiet neighbors, soaking tub, indoor hammock, and communal roof deck.

Rent for whole stay is $3,140 ($2,000 a week or $290 a night ). Would strongly prefer to rent for whole 12 days even if you won’t be in the apartment the whole time.
No parties, events or large groups. Photoshoot pricing is different, feel free to enquire if interested.

This is our family home and we are excited to share it with considerate NYC visitors. It will be furnished and have our things around but we will take care to tuck things out of the way. We can connect you to people who have stayed before as references if desired.
