Holiday sublet Dec 15 - Jan 3 / 4 / 5, ( end date open to negotiating), Atwater Village, includes laundry room and gym, hot tub, heated pool, tennis and pickleball courts shared with complex, next to golf, great street parking in the area, walking distance to Americana Mall and Atwater Village, also on LA River bike path in the Equestrian District of Atwater Village where there are many horse stables. Small well- behaved pets considered but would prefer no pets. Dishwasher in kitchen and electric stove with oven and microwave, great heat and hot water is strong in shower, elevator access, gets great light!!

This is directly next door to the LAPD Mounted Platoon horses and a few riding trails that go into Griffith Park, and you will encounter the horses walking by on the LA River Bike Path, and can even see them practicing from the elevator view of the apartment.

This apartment complex is kid / animal / elderly friendly but there is a walkway from the front locked area of the complex to the elevator so you do need to be able bodied enough to walk for 5 or 10 minutes to the elevator for this particular unit in the complex.

I have loved this unit and this complex and am very sensitive to apartment headaches and can vouch strongly for this one that it is a pleasant and convenient experience to live here with minimal problems and helpful building maintenance and management

No parties and the pool area closes at 10 pm sharp.
