I've lived in this building for 10 years and have a great relationship with the manager who lives on site and is AMAZING. Things are fixed immediately! I'm on the top (5th) floor so there's no one above you and there's an elevator so you don't have to worry about any walk-ups here. The people who live below and next door are really kind and considerate and it's a relatively quiet building.
Looking for someone clean, mature, respectful, and not throwing ragers. It’s a peaceful, bright spot — perfect for someone who needs a cozy reset or just wants to be near the action without living in chaos. I have never had a problem as a tenant and just look for someone who can treat my house with love.
-I'm centrally located so only around 15 minutes to the east side, 15 minutes to WeHo, and 40 minutes to the beach (there's a bus stop right outside the complex and the red line train just down the block that can take you all over)

-Signed sublease agreement
-1/2 month rent security deposit upon signing. The deposit will be transferred back to you once the good condition of the apartment has been confirmed.
-No smoking or vaping inside the apartment, there's a balcony that you can use for 420.
