I’m a recording and fiber artist seeking someone looking for a small clean place to live and create in LA for a few months.
I have a 1st floor studio apartment with tons of natural light and a creative vibe. Small gated building with apartment door leading directly outside.

Located in a charming family friendly neighborhood on the border of Hollywood and Los Feliz, with some of LA’s best food minutes away in Thai Town.
Just a block over from Franklin and Western, and less than a mile from Griffith Park. You can literally walk out the front door and be at Griffith Observatory viewing the Hollywood sign in less than 30mins… 30 mins in the other direction and your at the walk of fame and Chinese Theater and all other Hollywood landmarks!

The place is fully furnished, with Queen sized bed, a couch, a large raised coffee table perfect for creative work, a projector that can connect to your computer via hdmi so you can watch your shows, a work desk, and a kitchen table. I have a sound-treated closet perfect for recording vocals, voiceovers, etc.

The place has high-speed WiFi, large fridge, gas stove/oven, dishwasher, shower/tub, pool and laundry on premises.

Gas, water, electricity, and internet included.

I am a visual and audio artist with a background in reality television production.

I was born and raised in Chicago and have been in LA for years. I’m going to be doing some traveling and touring this summer and would love to find someone to take over my space, and keep the creation flowing.
