Ten years ago we bought La Lande in South West France as a restoration project with a view to create a unique space for holiday lettings.
We acquired an old country farm house with a ruined barn which we restored to make a luxurious vacation home with accommodation for 10 guests.
The project allowed us to slow down our pace of life and focus our creativity and skills into the creation of a very special space.
We are now ready to move on and pass on the next phase to a new owner, to bring new energy and to develop the business.
The area is beautiful, rural and welcoming while still being easily accessible.

About This Lister

We are a British couple who are now in our early 60s. We love our home and the area we live in, and we know that finding the right people to continue our dream may take a while.
