The house is right off of Barkaboom Road/Lew Beach and ten minutes away from Little Pond, Big Pond, waterfalls, and 25 minutes to Livingston Manor, 20 minutes to Andes, 25 minutes to Bovina and Delhi.

The house is close to Plattekill mountain for weekend skiing (35 minutes)

This is the perfect house for a couple or a family looking to have a place to escape to every weekend/every holiday/ or to work remotely. The house is 2 1/2 hour drive to the city and a nature lovers dream.

it is cozy and peaceful in all seasons. We love this house and would like to rent it to people who will appreciate it while we spend the year abroad!

$1800 per month, utilities are all included (oil heat, electric, internet).
