We are looking for a reliable person(s) to rent our family home in Rosendale, NY, for nearly 3 weeks beginning at the end of July. It's a lovely three-bedroom, one bathroom, two-storey that backs on to the Mohonk forest preserve and is within 50 yards walking distance of the rail trail forest trail and 5 mins walk from the Main St of Rosendale, a charming riverside town at the heart of the Hudson Valley.

Located on a beautiful secluded forest-lined road, the house has a large yard that leads straight into the forest and is perfect for a family, a couple or vacationers to the Hudson Valley. Our cat Flo will be in the house - so we are looking for people who are comfortable with and enjoy taking care of a cat. She is very low maintenance (just needs to be fed once or twice a day) and spends most of her time outside this time of year.
