About this Service

Live-in household support and elder companionship for families in the Hamptons, Connecticut, Catskills, and surrounding areas. I manage the home so you don't have to worry. Coordinating maintenance, handling life admin, driving to appointments, providing daily companionship, and overseeing pet care (big dogs especially welcome). I'm not a housekeeper or personal chef. I'm the person who runs the show so your loved one is safe, supported, and not alone. Available for full weeks of in-home support or ongoing arrangements. Ideal setup includes separate living quarters (cottage, guest house, backyard ADU). I can also provide birth doula and childbirth education services, and will be offering end-of-life and bereavement support beginning spring 2026.

About this Lister

I'm a 34-year-old caregiver and certified doula leaving NYC to focus on what I do best: showing up for people during the transitions that reshape everything. I've spent years in fast-paced operational roles managing logistics, systems, and chaos. I've also worked as an innkeeper and house manager. A profound personal loss shifted my focus toward care work, and I haven't looked back. I'm warm, direct, dependable, and very good in a crisis. I'm someone your parent will actually enjoy having around, and someone you'll trust enough to stop worrying. My home base is Northern NJ, and I'm building a practice that spans birth support, elder companionship, and household management across the tri-state area.

Background and Expertise

Certified Birth Doula and Certified Childbirth Educator (trained and certified through Carriage House Birth). CPR/AED trained and lifeguard certified. Completed Level I Memory Care Training through Inspired Memory Care, covering dementia and Alzheimer's care fundamentals, person-centric and strengths-based caregiving techniques, and communication strategies for individuals with memory loss.

Currently preparing to begin end-of-life bereavement doula training in spring 2026. Years of experience in operations, household management, and innkeeping. Coordinating vendors, managing properties, handling scheduling and logistics.

Experienced with pet care, particularly large dogs. Dozens of client and character references available. My doula clients describe me as someone who makes them feel safe, informed, and never alone, and I bring that same energy to every home I support.
