There are 3 bedrooms so can discuss how to splitting the rent according to if you’d want the third smaller room as a studio/office. The place is huge and definitely can have 3 people here but prefer to keep it 2 of us and have an extra room.

There is one bathroom in the house, but also a second pool bathroom complete with a second shower.

Parking and storage: garage for storage with off street driveway parking and plenty of on street parking with no street sweeping (sounds too good to be true but it really is the perfect spot in east LA)

Offering Month to month arrangement. I'm happy to have short term renters or if you are looking for something longer and it feels like a good fit- let’s keep the party going.

I can provide basic furnishings for room for short term tenet if needed - including bed/mattress with under bed storage, bedside table and room has huge closet.
