I’m a creative professional splitting my time between London and New York, currently subletting my characterful warehouse home on Hoxton Square. For members, Shoreditch House is just a stone’s throw away. Lease Agreement: A formal sublease agreement will be provided. Signing is required prior to move-in.
• Deposit: A security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent is required. This will be fully refundable at the end of the sublease, subject to the condition of the apartment.
• Application Documents: Prospective tenants will need to provide photo ID (passport or driver’s license).
• Fees: There are no additional agent or administration fees. All costs are included in the rental fee and deposit outlined above.
• Utilities & Extras: Utilities (electricity, water, gas, internet) are included in the rent. Any optional extras (cleaning services, parking, etc.) will be clearly stated in the lease if applicable.
• Move-In Date: The apartment is ready for immediate occupation upon signing of the lease and receipt of deposit.
