Rental is $1,500 per month plus utilities for heating and electric. First month and security deposit of $1,500 due at signing of lease. If a 2 year lease is desired the rent will be $1,400 per month the first year of the lease.
Leasee must provide last 2 years of tax returns for income verification and at least one landlord reference.
Pets Policy
An additional security of $1,500 for pet and up to landlords discretion.
