This newly built home is located on 13 acres of pastoral land on an elevated ridge, with 360 degree views and less than 2 hours drive from NYC. It will be available during the summer for half months (dates tbd, flexible). Ideal for a couple or individual looking for frequent summer getaways, you will have exclusive access to the main bedroom and its private bathroom, and full and exclusive access to the rest of the house during your time share.

Security cameras in driveway and entry door, full kitchen with new appliances including dishwasher and beverage fridge, , office/library, King bed, radiant floors, AC, walk-in closet, ample bathroom, wit free standing bathtub and shower, outdoor shower and spa, deck, covered parking.

You will have full access to the kitchen with a picture window with stunning sunrise views, new appliances, compost mill. You will also have full access to the dining, living room and small office. You will have private access to the primary bedroom (King bed) and walk in closet.

This is a passive house (energy efficient with great flow of air and temp management), built in 2024, is a 2,200 sq ft home in a secluded area in the Hudson Valley (Dutchess county.) The owner is in the house part-time, commuting weekly to NYC;. you will have privacy during your stay.

An ideal gateway for a person or couple: writers, artists, researchers, remote work-from-home individuals, or those seeking a respite from the city, it is easily accessible from NYC.

**Dates of stay are flexible and arrangements can go for the entire summer / year; to be coordinated with owner (alternating weeks)
$2,200 is the rate for 15 days (July, August, Sept) with access to the full house: kitchen, LR, DR, spa, private 1 bedroom, private bathroom, office, carport. The house has 2 bedrooms, one dedicated use by the owner, the other one for the tenant (King bed, see pics) is for exclusive use by the tenant. Tenants *will not* this room. The house will be rented full time come late Fall and Winter months; feel free to reach out ahead if winter is of interest to you.
