Hi! My name is Michael and I'm looking to find a Los Angeles house-swap to live in my Brooklyn apartment. I'll be joined by my roommate, Patrick, so we'll need either 2 beds or 1 bed + an office we can temporarily convert! I work in climate infrastructure and Patrick works in law. I'm big into the outdoors and Patrick is a musician.

The two of us keep a very clean space with just the right amount of clutter. I'm very handy, so I spend a lot of time fixing or working on things in our old apartment. Would be glad to take the same care of yours.
