Hello! We are away for 3 weeks over the holidays and are looking to sublet our apartment during this period. It will be available from December 16th - January 6th.

We occupy the top two floors of a classic Bed-Stuy brownstone, just steps from the C line and surrounded by great restaurants, cafés, and shops.

On the first floor of our apartment, you’ll find an eat-in kitchen with both an island and a full dining table. This level also has two lounge areas, one with a projector and the other with a frame TV and sofa that converts into a queen size bed. There is also a full bathroom on this floor.

Upstairs is the second level, where the bedrooms are located along with another full bathroom and a washer/dryer closet.
• Bedroom 1 features a king-size bed, an office nook, and an attached nursery with a crib and changing area.
• Bedroom 2 is large enough for a king but currently set up with a twin-size bed and desk.

The apartment is v family-friendly with toys, books, a full nursery with crib, changing table, a high chair, and kid-friendly plates & cups. We also have an extra travel crib and stroller you’re welcome to use if needed.

We are looking for a minimum of a one week booking at $2000. Willing to rent it for the full duration at $5200. This includes all bills bar the cleaning fee of $200.
