Reinaldo Salgado Playground is a block away. There is a laundromat next door and one across the street.

The J train at Gates is a 5 minute walk and it only takes 25 minutes to get into Lower Manhattan. Fulton Street is nearby, offering endless transportation options, including the A/C trains as well as abundance cross-Brooklyn buses.
