- LIVING ROOM: two couches, WFH desk, large TV wth all streaming channels available, AC, windows, plants

- BATHROOM: Tub/rain shower, toilet with bidet, HOT water, dedicated medicine cabinet space for you

- Small and quiet building near
- East River Park + Track and Tompkins Square Park, etc
- 3rd floor walkup
- Surrounded by great restaurants and buildings
- Laundromats nearby
- I have two cuddly cats (bonded pair since rescued) & loving to all new people. Automated litter box and feeders so they are very well taken care of. They only ask for some cuddles here and there
- Near trains F,J,M (2nd Ave station and Essex station) and multiple buses
