We will be gone from July 21 (potentially a day or two earlier) to Labor Day (Sep 1 or 2) and are looking to rent our apartment to one renter for the whole time or a large chunk of that time. This is truly a dream home and we think anyone who stays here will agree. It is located a half a block from beautiful McGolrick Park, on that same corner is a grocery store, coffee shop, and a wine store, and all the other amenities you need including fun bars and restaurants are just blocks away. It’s Greenpoint at its best.

The apartment itself is huge, full of light, big windows, hardwood floors and high ceilings. We occupy the second and third floor of the three floor apartment, but have private access to the whole backyard. There is a deck off the kitchen with a table and stairs that go down to a beautifully manicured yard equipped with a large table, L couch, coffee table, umbrella, and a grill.

The bottom floor has a double living room and a dining room that has a dining table that can fit at least 10 people, and a bathroom.

Upstairs has a beautiful stain glass skylight, one large bedroom with a huge closet, big windows, a king size bed, and a Peloton, another large bedroom with a queen size bed, even more windows and large closet, a true office, a double-sink (pink!) bathroom with a bath tub and separate shower that you can’t help but love, and a laundry room (yes, we have an in-apartment washer and dryer).

Our home is tastefully decorated with a mix of modern and vintage furniture, plants, beautiful artwork, and a comfortable L-shaped couch. We love to cook, so kitchen is stocked with nice knives, pots, pans, espresso maker, appliances, etc. It’s spacious and cozy at the same time. Utilities included.

My husband and I have a 6 year old daughter (one room is hers) and a cat (who will be coming with us). We will be spending the summer in Rhode Island, so won't be too far away. We love Greenpoint and the community surrounding our home, we feel super lucky to have found this place and think you will too.
